Overview
One Leisure St. Neots is seeking a self‑motivated and capable individual to lead the operational team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the necessary blend of dryside and swimming pool operational experience, a willingness to take on responsibility and the ability to always ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Leadership and motivational skills are vital to ensure we continue to provide the highest possible levels of customer service and a customer‑focused attitude.
Responsibilities
Lead the operational team across multiple leisure centres, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all users. Show strong leadership and motivation skills to maintain customer service standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
The post requires a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), First Aid at Work and Pool Plant qualifications. If the qualifications are not already held, training will be provided and must be passed within the first 2 months of employment. A DBS enhanced check is also required.

HDC does not hold a Sponsorship Licence and is unable to provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) or take over sponsorship for any role. The role offers flexibility and the chance to progress into the leisure management ladder.
