Lead Ninja & Parkour Coach Jobs in Tustin at Olympia Training Center
This is a leadership position, not an entry-level coaching role.
We are looking for someone who has already demonstrated success leading large groups of children and directing other staff members. Parkour experience is not required—we can teach parkour. What we cannot teach is leadership, confidence, professionalism, and the ability to command a room full of energetic kids while managing coaches and communicating with parents.
If you’ve successfully led youth sports programs, camps, recreation programs, martial arts classes, gymnastics, theater groups, performing arts programs, after-school programs, or similar youth organizations, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role-
Olympia Training Center is seeking an outgoing, high-energy leader to oversee our youth parkour and ninja programs.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in organized chaos, enjoys building relationships with kids and families, and can create an environment where every child feels successful, encouraged, and excited to return.
