What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a high-energy, reliable, and outgoing Kickboxing Instructor who can command a room, motivate members, and deliver an exceptional workout every class. The ideal candidate has experience coaching group fitness, kickboxing, boxing, martial arts, or personal training and is passionate about helping people achieve their goals.
This position may also provide opportunities for additional hours through personal training, member engagement, sales, and gym operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead fun, energetic, and challenging kickboxing classes
- Demonstrate proper punching, kicking, and fitness techniques
- Motivate members of all fitness levels
- Create a welcoming and positive class environment
- Ensure member safety and proper exercise execution
- Build relationships with members and help improve retention
- Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes
- Assist with gym events, promotions, and community outreach
- Support new member onboarding and help create an exceptional member experience
Qualifications
- Experience teaching kickboxing, boxing, martial arts, group fitness, or personal training
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to energize and motivate large groups
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- CPR/AED certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Sales and customer service experience is a plus
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
