** About the role
** Health Fitness is seeking a
** substitute/as‐needed Group Class Instructor
** to join our fitness team at our client site in
** Batavia, OH**. This role is ideal for an energetic, reliable instructor who values
** a flexible schedule
** and enjoys stepping in to support group fitness programming as this position you will provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members participating in the program teaching classes such as strength, boot camp, and cardio.
Minimum Requirements
* Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
* Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
* 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
* Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
Compensation: $20.00/hr – $21.00/hr pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
