Role Description
- The Coach will play a key role in guiding and supporting children aged 1–7 years old through engaging sports and developmental activities.
- This is a full-time, on-site position located in depok dan bekasi.
- The Coach will design and deliver age-appropriate programs focused on fundamental movement skills, early sports exposure, and developmental learning through activities such as basketball, futsal, soccer, sensory play, phonics, dance.
- Key responsibilities include facilitating fun and structured sessions, supporting children’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development, monitoring progress, and ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Passionate about working with children aged 1–7 years.
- Strong willingness to learn coaching and early childhood development practices.
- Energetic, patient, responsible, and positive attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and team members.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in sports coaching, teaching, childcare, or enrichment programs is an advantage but not required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Background in Physical Education, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Psychology, or related fields is preferred.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Jakarta, Depok or Bekasi.
