Job Duties:
- Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and designers, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to maintain project health.
- Ensure effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients.
- Monitor and track project progress, preparing reports and updates for senior management and clients.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in an outsourcing environment.
- Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Professional certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, etc.) are a strong plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
