Lead One of the Premier Indoor Pickleball Facilities in Texas
Tyler Indoor Pickleball (TIP) is more than a sports facility—we’re building a thriving community centered around health, competition, friendship, and fun. We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead our organization into its next phase of growth.
This is not a traditional management position. We are looking for a proven leader who can grow memberships, increase revenue, build community partnerships, inspire a team, and create an outstanding experience for every member and guest.

Primary ResponsibilitiesExecutive Leadership
- Provide leadership for all aspects of Tyler Indoor Pickleball.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop an exceptional staff.
- Create a culture of hospitality, accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
- Ensure the facility consistently operates at the highest standards.
Business Growth
- Increase memberships and member retention.
- Grow revenue through programming, sponsorships, events, pro shop sales, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute marketing and community outreach initiatives.
- Establish relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, healthcare providers, and civic organizations.
Programming & Events
- Oversee leagues, tournaments, clinics, lessons, camps, open play, round robins, King & Queen of the Court, and special events.
- Continuously develop new programming that increases participation and member engagement.
Financial Management
- Manage operating budgets and expenses.
- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend strategies to improve profitability.
- Oversee memberships, reservations, billing, and operational systems.
- Help achieve monthly and annual financial goals.
Member Experience
- Ensure every member and guest receives exceptional service.
- Resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment where players of all ages and skill levels feel at home.
Facility Operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and attractive facility.
- Oversee scheduling, maintenance, vendor relationships, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who has demonstrated success leading people and growing a business.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Five or more years of leadership or management experience.
- Strong business, financial, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven success in sales, marketing, business development, or customer service.
- Experience managing teams and developing employees.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Experience in sports, fitness, hospitality, recreation, or membership-based businesses is preferred.
- Pickleball knowledge is helpful but not required.

- Position Tyler Indoor Pickleball as the premier indoor pickleball destination in East Texas.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually (depending on experience)
- Performance Bonuses: Significant bonus opportunities tied to membership growth, revenue, sponsorships, and profitability.
- Total Compensation Potential: $80,000+ annually for exceptional performance.
