We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping & Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of cleanliness, maintenance coordination, and facility operations within a luxury private members club. This role is responsible for ensuring the property consistently reflects the highest standards of presentation, safety, and service across all spaces.
The ideal candidate brings a hands-on leadership style, strong operational discipline, and a deep commitment to delivering an elevated member experience.
What you will do:
Housekeeping Operations
- Lead, supervise, and develop the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across all areas including spa, lounge, dining spaces, offices, and common areas
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage across all shifts
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards
- Establish and maintain consistent housekeeping procedures aligned with luxury hospitality expectations
Facilities & Maintenance Coordination
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to manage property maintenance and repairs
- Track and prioritize maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify and address facility issues proactively
- Ensure all areas of the club are fully operational and maintained to brand standards
Team Leadership & Training
- Recruit, train, and mentor housekeeping staff
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and service excellence
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
Inventory & Supplies
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities
- Oversee ordering and vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Spa, Food & Beverage, Front Desk, and Operations teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Support a cohesive member experience across all departments
Member & Guest Experience
- Address and resolve member or guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all spaces reflect a welcoming, polished, and luxury environment at all times
Who you are/What you have done:
- 3–5+ years of housekeeping or facilities management experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality, hotel, or private club environment
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and facility operations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective communicator with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Professional, polished demeanor with a strong service mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Compensation
- Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 per year
