Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dance & Gymnastics Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with kids of all ages and experience interacting with parents. This role involves creating an engaging class, fostering a positive learning environment, and utilizing effective classroom management techniques to educate and inspire students.
Pay:
Will be determined on experience shown AT THE STUDIO during a preliminary amount of time.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans tailored to the needs of students.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and instructional practices.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
- Experience in Tap a MUST, dance or other artistic disciplines is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all students.

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
