McBride Sport is delighted to be partnering with Swim Wales in the search for an exceptional Head of Commercial & Digital. This is a rare opportunity to join the leadership team of the National Governing Body for aquatic sports in Wales and play a pivotal role in shaping the future commercial sustainability and digital growth of the organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the development and delivery of an integrated commercial strategy designed to unlock new revenue streams, strengthen audience engagement, enhance the Swim Wales brand, and create lasting value for members, partners, and communities across Wales. The successful candidate will take ownership of a diverse commercial portfolio including:
- Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorship
- Digital Marketing & Audience Growth
- E-Commerce & Merchandise
- Training & Certification Products
- Digital Products & Services
- Business Development & New Revenue Generation
This role offers a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, requiring an individual who can identify commercial opportunities, build meaningful partnerships, leverage digital channels effectively, and lead high-performing teams. We are particularly interested in speaking with commercially driven leaders who have experience across revenue growth, digital marketing, partnerships, e-commerce, business development, or related fields. Experience within sport is welcomed but not essential.
