We are seeking an experienced and energetic Group Exercise (GX) Manager to lead and develop our Group Exercise department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fitness industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences through innovative group fitness programs.
Key Responsibility
- Manage the daily operations of the Group Exercise department.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise Group Exercise Instructors.
- Design and implement engaging group fitness class timetables.
- Ensure all classes are delivered to the highest quality and safety standards.
- Monitor instructor performance and conduct regular evaluations.
- Develop new fitness programs and seasonal class offerings to increase member engagement.
- Work closely with the Membership Sales and Marketing teams to promote GX programs.
- Maintain class attendance reports and analyze participation trends.
- Ensure all equipment and studios are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Handle member feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a GX Manager, Group Exercise Coordinator, or similar role within the fitness industry.
- Previous experience working in a gym, health club, or fitness center is mandatory.
- Immediate Joiners will be given preference
- salary: AED 7,000 – 8,000
