Lead a fun and safe waterfront experience as a Beach Lifeguard. Supervise campers and staff in swimming and boating activities while ensuring all safety protocols are met.
In this important role, you will oversee all waterfront operations, engaging with campers directly. Your task is to deliver a quality program in accordance with the camp’s mission while ensuring the safety of participants. In addition to leading games and activities, you will maintain equipment and help with overall camp duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all waterfront operations
• Deliver engaging activities and safety messages
• Maintain equipment in safe working order
• Assist with camp-related duties when not on duty
• Prepare reflective reports at season’s end
Requirements:
• Required National Lifeguard Certificate (NLS)
• First Aid/CPR certification needed
• Experience working with children outdoors
• Strong sense of teamwork and leadership
• Alignment with faith-based community values
