- Full P&L and budget ownership.
- Leading daily venue operations and ensuring smooth execution.
- Delivering excellent guest experience and customer satisfaction.
- Managing, coaching, and developing department managers and frontline staff.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and risk management standards.
7–10+ years' experience in operations, hospitality, entertainment, leisure, or family entertainment centers.
3–5+ years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility.
