An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a fast-growing digital product engineering company with a global presence in 33 countries and over 19,000 experts and specialists. We are looking for a Cloud DevOps Engineer to join this organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure following best practices for scalability, reliability, and security.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using AWS CDK or CloudFormation.
- Build, maintain, and optimize cloud environments including development, QA, staging, and production.
- Implement and manage observability frameworks across logging, monitoring, alerting, and metrics.
- Automate build, deployment, and release processes through robust CI/CD pipelines.
- Containerize applications using Docker and integrate containers into deployment workflows.
- Develop automation scripts and internal tools using Python.
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, and deployment-related issues.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, and QA teams to support smooth and efficient delivery cycles.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in AWS cloud architecture and core services including EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, VPC, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using AWS CDK or CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in Python for automation and tooling.
- Experience using Git and modern CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Expertise with Docker and containerized deployments.
- Knowledge of observability tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK/OpenSearch.
- Solid understanding of release automation, deployment strategies, and environment management.
- Strong grasp of networking fundamentals including VPC, subnets, routing, and security groups.
- Experience working in agile, fast-paced engineering environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
