F45 Training West 42nd is a franchise by the ownership group Club Sports Group.
Our studio is ground level on 42nd St near 10th ave.
We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, motivating, and knowledgeable Part-Time Trainer to join our West 42nd Team in NYC . Previous experience with F45 will be prioritized. The F45 Trainer plays a vital role within the team, to coach classes, manage a team of personal trainers, and deliver the F45 Experience to the community. You will also be working closely with the Membership Manager to foster and retain current members, and welcome new members.
The ideal candidate is energetic and enthusiastic, with excellent verbal communication skills, is able to overcome objections, and have a willingness to grow and foster a thriving membership culture.
Key Responsibilities:
● Serve as Demonstrative and Lead Trainer for F45 group training classes at one or more CSG Manhattan studios
● Participate and complete the onboarding process with your assigned Onboarding and Continuing Education Mentor
● Be an active participant in studio culture including efforts to join team workouts and build trusting relationships with members
● Maintenance and resetting of equipment whenever present in studio (coaching or taking class)
● Provide two days of weekend availability in a calendar month’s duration
● Arrive 20-30 minutes prior to class start time in full uniform for each shift
Qualifications:
● Must have Personal Training Certification through a nationally recognized organization
● Must have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
● Exceptional communication skills
● Ability to develop strong relationships with members and other Trainers
● Reliable knowledge of biomechanics and exercise physiology
● Passion for and commitment to health and fitness
● Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented
Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
