We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring Branch Manager to lead our Riyadh location. This role is responsible for overseeing every aspect of the business, from operations and team leadership to member experience, commercial performance and community growth.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving excellence, developing people and ensuring Longevity Hub continues to set the benchmark for premium wellness in the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the Riyadh branch.
* Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing team across coaching, front-of-house and operations.
* Deliver an exceptional member experience that reflects the premium standards of the Longevity Hub brand.
* Drive membership growth, retention and revenue while achieving key business objectives.
* Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgets, operational procedures and branch performance.
* Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve efficiency, profitability and member satisfaction.
* Work closely with the Regional Director and leadership team to execute business initiatives and achieve company goals.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, events and community engagement initiatives.
* Ensure the branch consistently maintains the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, safety and service.
* Foster a positive, accountable and high-performance culture built on collaboration, professionalism and continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership or management role within fitness, wellness, hospitality or luxury service industries.
* Proven experience managing teams and overseeing business operations.
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive revenue, memberships and operational performance.
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to lead by example and build a strong, motivated team culture.
* Passion for health, wellness and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
* Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and operational management software.
Preferred Experience
* Experience managing a premium fitness, wellness or hospitality business.
* Strong background in customer experience and team development.
* Sales and membership management experience.
* Event planning and community engagement.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, premium brand environment.
