Our client, a sporting goods equipment distribution company, is looking for Reach Forklift Operators to join their team in Monroe, NJ. In this contract-to-hire role, you will safely operate a stand-up reach truck within a high-rack warehouse system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely navigate stand-up reach trucks to retrieve, place, and store pallets within high-rack warehouse systems
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight and stage materials accurately
- Perform product putaways and pull materials for shipments as needed
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits
- Conduct pre-operational reach truck inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and operating procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of stand-up reach truck forklift experience required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Experience working in a high-rack warehouse environment preferred
- Available to work any assigned shift
Pay & Schedule:
- Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- All shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift
- Employment Type: Contract to Hire
