We are looking for a passionate Reception Supervisor to join our team. As Reception Supervisor you will act as Duty Manager, leading the Reception team to welcome members and provide a premium experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as Duty Manager and lead the Reception team.
- Mentor and coach the team to deliver service excellence to members face‑to‑face and by telephone.
- Collaborate with the management team to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Foster a sense of belonging and support the team’s physical and mental well‑being.
Qualifications
- Previous experience managing a customer‑service led team.
- Demonstrated passion for customer service.
- Strong communication, collaboration and team‑player skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
