As a vital member of the Taymax Group team, the Fitness Trainer will run the Planet Fitness group fitness program and support both new and existing members.
Your role encompasses providing motivational support and instructing members on equipment use while maintaining a welcoming environment. Strong interpersonal abilities are essential for creating a positive member experience and fostering community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct the Planet Fitness PE@PF program with enthusiasm
• Assist members with personalized workout programs
• Instruct members on all gym equipment usage
• Maintain inventory and assist with front desk duties
• Participate in daily cleaning and equipment maintenance
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18 years
• High school diploma or GED required
• Current CPR and Personal Training Certification
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
