Hello Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Operations to join our team.
🎯 About the Role
As an Event Operations, you will support daily operations, coordinate cross-functional activities, and help ensure smooth execution of projects and campaigns. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
💼 Responsibilities
• Support daily operational activities and campaign execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Collect feedback and communicate business requirements clearly.
• Assist in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records when needed.
✅ Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the live streaming, social entertainment, or voice chat industry.
• Previous experience in Operations Coordination, Event Coordination, or a similar role.
• English level B1 or above.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and organized.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with AI tools and basic data analysis.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, events, and cross-functional activities simultaneously.
⭐ Preferred
• Experience coordinating online or offline events, campaigns, or community activities.
• Experience working with hosts, agencies, guilds, or creators within the live streaming industry.
• Experience with Axure or prototype design tools is a plus.
