As our Fitness Trainer, you will:
- Welcome guests warmly and understand their individual fitness goals.
- Conduct safe, engaging, and effective personal-training and group-fitness sessions.
- Design appropriate exercise programmes based on guests’ needs, abilities, and experience.
- Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and provide clear, encouraging guidance.
- Monitor guests during workouts and promote safe use of fitness equipment.
- Maintain the fitness centre to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
- Inspect equipment regularly and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Provide information about fitness-centre facilities, classes, services, and operating procedures.
- Assist with wellness activities, fitness events, and hotel initiatives.
- Build genuine connections with guests and colleagues through warmth, empathy, and respect.
- Follow hotel policies, health and safety requirements, and professional standards.
- Support the wider Recreation, Spa, and hotel teams whenever required.
