We are seeking a Firearms Processing Clerk to oversee ATF/FFL processes while also managing customer relations. This unique position requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure our compliance standards are flawless while strategically inventory control to support both retail and online sales growth. With this position well also take on the responsibilities of Inventory Control, Pricing, Cashiering, Firearm Processing through 4473’s and background checks.
Key Responsibilities:
Pricing, Firearm Processing, Cashiering, E-commerce
- Managing the Firearm processing throughout the sales .
- Working to fulfill e-commerce order while assisting customer with their purchases.
- Assisting in the process of the 4473 & NICS background checks with each customer.
- Pricing and Inventory control.
Compliance
- Ensure full adherence to ATF/FFL regulations and maintain accurate bound books, 4473 forms, and NICS records.
- Conduct internal audits and prepare for ATF inspections with zero violations.
Qualifications:
- Prior merchandising and pricing experience, preferably in firearms, sporting goods, or collectibles.
- Understanding and create good one on one experience with the customer.
- Experience with receiving merchandise through POS and Bound books
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with extreme attention to detail.
- 2–3+ years of experience in firearms compliance (FFL/ATF).
- Demonstrated knowledge of firearm regulations, 4473/NICS processes, and audit requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and have GREAT Customer Service skills.
- Proficiency in POS, inventory management, and eCommerce systems.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain all required licenses and certifications.
