Black Diamond Gymnastics & Mountain West are expanding, and we are looking for experienced, motivated pre-team/ team coaches and program leads to join our growing organization. Position Overview
We are hiring multiple team coaches (DP and Xcel) who bring proven experience in competitive gymnastics coaching. These roles offer the opportunity to work with dedicated athletes and be part of a collaborative, high-level coaching team.
What You’ll Do
- Coach competitive team athletes with a focus on skill progression, safety, and performance
- Lead or assist in structuring team practices and seasonal planning
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and motivating team environment
- Collaborate with other coaches and leadership to drive program excellence
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff
Qualifications
- Required: Competitive gymnastics coaching experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage groups and develop athletes at various levels
- Passion for coaching and athlete development
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Preferred
- Background working with competitive teams (USAG or equivalent)
- Long-term interest in growing within a coaching organization
Start Date
Ideal candidates are available to begin in June or July.

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
