What You’ll Actually Do This is a sales role. You will be out in the field, meeting people, and solving problems. You need to be comfortable starting conversations and guiding homeowners.
- Inspect & Advise: Perform roof assessments and create video reports for homeowners.
- Consult: Walk families through the restoration and insurance process (we teach you this).
- Close: Present solutions with honesty and integrity.
- Grind: Engage in daily outreach and lead generation to build your pipeline.
What You Can Earn Most roofing jobs are 100% commission (feast or famine). We do it differently.
