WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
This is a professional sales role. You’ll meet homeowners, build trust, and guide them through solutions that genuinely help their families.
- Perform roof inspections and create video assessments for homeowners
- Educate customers on the restoration and insurance process
- Present honest, value-driven solutions with confidence
- Build your pipeline through daily outreach and lead generation

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
First Year Consultants: $80,000 – $120,000+ through performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission
Top Producers: $150,000 – $200,000+ annually
Leadership Roles: Increased earning potential tied to team growth and production
