Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct on climbing skills, including technique and safety
• Welcome climbers and explain key policies
• Manage rental equipment logistics and usage
• Ensure climber safety through active supervision
• Provide tailored coaching for skill enhancement
Requirements:
• Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification required
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• 18-24 months of relevant climbing experience
• Advanced understanding of climbing practices
• ACMG Level 1 Climbing Gym Instructor certification preferred
