Cheer Coach/Tumbling Instructor Jobs in Valdosta, GA at Winnersville Elite Cheer & Dance
WE are looking for a cheer coach & tumbling instructor with a passion and dedication to teaching our cheerleaders & tumblers proper technique, while also developing their love of the sport.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of cheer/tumbling experience
- Previous experience as a coach or tumbling instructor not required, but is preferred.
- College degree or other certification/training is also preferred, but not required.
- Experience with competitive cheerleading would be helpful.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Teach tumbling classes of levels 1-4 with students, ages ranging from 3-18 yrs , focusing on proper technique, terminology, and instruction.
- Instructor will be responsible for developing exercises and lesson plans for each class. Instructor will also be responsible for choreographing routines for our end of the year recital for each class they teach.
- This is a part time position that requires between 6-10 hours each week, and availability between the hours of 4:00-9:00pm Mondays-Thursdays.
- Position open for immediate hire, but will require training two weeks prior to starting.
