Job Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy, service-obsessed Birthday Party Host to join the team at Greentree Sportsplex — Pittsburgh’s premier multi-sport and fitness facility.
This isn’t a background role. You’ll own the guest experience from setup to send-off, lead the room, and make every family feel like they chose the best venue in Pittsburgh. We reward performance, recognize hustle, and promote from within.
Two Party Experiences. One Standard of Excellence. We host both Sports Parties and Bounce Parties — and our hosts are expected to deliver at the highest level for both.
What You’ll Do: For Sports Parties — plan, coordinate, and lead age-appropriate sports, games, and activities that keep kids engaged and parents impressed · For Bounce Parties — oversee bounce house operations, enforce safety guidelines, and ensure every guest has a safe and unforgettable experience · Set up and break down event spaces · Greet guests and keep energy high from start to finish · Coordinate with staff for seamless execution · Represent GTSP with professionalism and enthusiasm every shift
You’re the right fit if you: → Thrive on competition and take pride in being the best in the room → Are natural with kids — you can lead a group, keep control, and make it fun → Take initiative without being told twice → Are reliable on weekends and ready to bring it every shift → Prior experience in sports, coaching, childcare, or events is a plus — not required
The Details: 600 Iron City Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15205 / $12–$16/hr based on experience + performance bonuses / Part-time | Primarily Fri, Sat & Sun | Flexible hours
Pay: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour
