As an Axe Coach / Event Host, our goal is to make our guest experience the best! You’ll be an integral part of their Craft Axe Throwing experience and we have a great training program to teach you each step of the way. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting/checking guests in, reviewing safety rules, teaching our guests how to stick it, and delivering an amazing guest experience while making sure our facilities are in tip-top shape.
How You’ll Do It
- Thrive on the front lines. You’ll be one of our guests’ first point of contact, answering questions on the phone and accommodating our guest experience.
- Help guests and our team win. Our guests come to us to have a great experience at our facilities. We want to make sure we teach each guest the art of throwing.

What We’re Looking For
- Personable – you understand that connecting with others and maintaining a strong office culture translates into success for our team and guests.
- Eager. You’re self-motivated, curious and keen to learn how to help our guests and team members.
- A confident communicator. You’re able to relay solutions with a clear approach and a human touch, both through email and on the phone.
- Comfortable with rapid change – you’re excited about solving new problems every day.
Hourly Rate: $10/hr + tips + commission = $16-$25/hr (depending on location)
Must be 21+ to accommodate alcohol sales.
