At Loudoun Sports Therapy Center (LSTC), you’ll work in an outpatient orthopedic and sports rehab setting where you can stay hands-on with patient care while enjoying a schedule that supports life outside of work.
Located in Sterling, VA, we’re a therapist-owned practice serving active individuals throughout Northern Virginia.

Your Role
As part of our rehab team, you’ll help guide patients through recovery, performance improvement, and return-to-activity programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a daily caseload of approximately 10–14 patients
- Developing and progressing individualized rehabilitation plans
- Monitoring patient performance and modifying programs as appropriate
- Assisting with return-to-sport and functional progression activities
- Participating in community outreach opportunities (optional)
You’ll have ownership of your caseload while collaborating closely with PTs and PTAs throughout the clinic.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $55,000–$65,000 based on experience
