POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
PART-TIME ASSISTANT WOMEN’S BASKETBALL COACH
LINCOLN TRAIL COLLEGE | ROBINSON, IL
DESCRIPTION: The Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach is a member of the Athletic Department staff and will assist the Head Coach in the day-to-day operations of the Women’s Basketball Team. The Assistant Coach provides support and encouragement to the student athletes and will work in good faith and in a manner that enhances team unity by supporting the team and the coaches, so all parties have a greater chance of achieving their goals. The Women’s Assistant Basketball Coach position is a part-time, exempt, 12-month position.
QUALIFICATIONS: Successful basketball coaching and/or competitive experience strongly preferred; valid Driver’s License and CPR/AED certification are required. The position requires excellent public relations, fundraising, organization, and interpersonal skills.
WAGES: $21,600 per year.
