Join our team at Stockton Golf and Country Club , a premier golf destination known for excellence in service, course conditions, and member experience. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Assistant Golf Professional to support golf operations and enhance the member and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily golf operations including tee time management, tournament coordination, and merchandising
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
- Conduct lessons, clinics, and junior programs
- Promote and enforce club policies and etiquette
- Support Pro Shop sales, inventory control, and displays
- Oversee and train outside services staff as needed
Qualifications:
- PGA Associate or actively working toward PGA membership preferred
- Previous golf operations or pro shop experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
