THE ROLE
We are looking for a self-starter, results-driven teammate to help grow and activate our partner network. If you want to be hands-on in a real startup growth story — this is your seat.
What you will gain:
▸ First-hand experience in marketplace growth and partner development
▸ Direct exposure to startup operations working closely with the founding team
▸ Deep understanding of the children's activity and parentech ecosystem
RESPONSIBILITIES
▸ Research potential partnership opportunities and present structured findings to the team
▸ Reach out to prospective partners via email and phone to initiate collaboration
▸ Activate onboarded partners: support them in listing activities, optimizing profiles, and driving their first bookings
▸ Manage ongoing partner communication: coordinate meetings, respond to queries, and follow up on action items
▸ Monitor partner performance and identify activation gaps to improve engagement
▸ Conduct market analysis to spot trends, competitive moves, and new opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
▸ Genuine passion for enriching children's worlds through sports and cultural activities
▸ Results-driven, proactive, can-do mindset — you take initiative without being asked
▸ Comfortable working in a fast-moving, imperfect, dynamic startup environment
▸ Experience in digital marketplace development or children's education is a strong plus
▸ 3rd grade or 4th grade university students will be preferred as this long term internship role may evolve to a full time position
▸ Internship or part-time experience, ideally in a startup or children's activity sector will be a plus
▸ Please note that this is an on-site role at Hipokid Bebek Office.
