Experienced director / instructor for learn-to-swim program and non-competitive swim team
Organize and implement high quality, student-focused swim lessons
Supervise, schedule and train staff
Ensure a consistent, safe and enjoyable experience for students
Ability to teach and improve stroke work. Create lesson plans and student evaluations.
Establish and maintain positive, customer focused relationships with students and families.
Must have CPR and lifeguard certifications (or willingness to obtain) and pass DCFS background check
Experience in basic pool maintenance preferred
