Job Overview
Morning hours during the week are required. Current adult class offerings are M, W, Th, and F from 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM. We also have adult private lessons that can be scheduled before or after group lesson times. We have PM adult group lesson times as well.

Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging swim lessons for adults, focusing on safety, technique, and confidence-building
- Manage behavior effectively to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all participants
- Provide personalized feedback to students to help them improve their skills and reach their fitness goals
Experience
- Ability to swim is required
- Strong swimming skills across multiple strokes with the ability to demonstrate techniques clearly
- Previous experience in fitness environments like gyms or health clubs is advantageous
