We are seeking motivated and dependable volunteers to assist with the daily operations of our college football program. This role is ideal for students pursuing degrees or careers in sports management, athletic training, exercise science, or related fields, as well as individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a collegiate athletic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and organization for practices and games
- Support coaching staff during practices (drills, hydration, player flow, and logistics)
- Provide game day support, including sideline coordination, chain crew, and general operations
- Help maintain locker room, storage areas, and practice facilities
- Shadow and assist athletic trainers on the sidelines (for students seeking clinical or field hours)
- Ensure a safe, organized, and professional environment for student-athletes
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (game days)
- Interest in football and/or sports-related careers
- Students seeking internship, practicum, or volunteer hours in athletic training, personal training, or sports management are encouraged to apply
