In the high-paced dynamic environment of Decathlon Turkey, we are now looking for a Zone Merch Planner!
You will join our Supply Chain Team and will be responsible for strategically managing supply and demand planning to optimize stock availability, forecasting accuracy, and commercial profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
- Strong sense of responsibility with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability
- Pragmatic analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in retail, supply, or demand planning
- Customer-oriented and proactive approach
- Decisive nature with the ability to take initiative
- Strong functional management and leadership capabilities
- Challenge-oriented attitude with a high motivation to learn and improve
- Passion for building a career in a unique culture to make sports accessible to the many
Responsibilities:
- Build short, mid and long-term supply strategies align with commercial sports strategies
- Demand and supply planning and accurate forecasting
- Ensure solid stock availability rate in the warehouse & stores
- Stock level and stock lifetime, margin and T/O forecast analysis through the use of SAP (SAP knowledge is a plus)
- Manage the pricing, stock monitoring, product identity modification, product order flow, and availability on a daily basis through SAP
- Communicate with domestic producers and international suppliers
- Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly reports in coordination with the commercial team to boost sales in stores
