Job Summary
This is a SATURDAY / SUNDAY ONLY, PART TIME POSITION WITH UP TO 7 HOURS PER DAY.
The i9 Sports Site Manager is a hands-on role responsible for managing the game day operations, the on-field customer experience and pre-season, local marketing campaign.

About the Job
Expanding youth sports provider is looking for responsible, well organized individual to manage the on field activities of our programs. All candidates must be over the age of 18 and possess strong communication skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. We are a customer service oriented company so those who have had experience “Wowing” customers have a leg up on the competition. This is a part time position that requires weekend work. All applicants are subject to a National Criminal Background check and will be required to become first aid certified.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to efficiently solve problems
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
- Superior customer service skills
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional business relationships
- Ability to work weekends for the entire season and weeknight evening meetings
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Assist with final interviews with sports coordinators and sports assistances.
Preferred * a valid driver’s license and own vehicle capable of transporting large objects
- First aid and CPR certified (this can be completed after hiring)
