About Us: We’re a mobile sports and fitness program dedicated to helping kids ages 2–10 build confidence, coordination, and a love for movement. By bringing structured, high-energy classes directly to schools, camps, and community centers, we make it easy and fun for kids to stay active.
About the Role: We’re hiring outgoing, dependable individuals to join our team as a sports coach. This role is perfect for anyone who enjoys working with kids, staying active, and creating a positive environment where children can thrive through play.
Responsibilities:
- Complete paid training, learning basic knowledge of a variety of sports.
- Run sports and fitness sessions for children ages 2-10 years using our provided curriculum.
- Travel to various locations in the Parkland / Boca area to deliver services.
- Ensure a safe environment for all participants, adhering to our safety guidelines.
- Weekly or biweekly visits to storage room to change equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with children in a supervisory or instructional capacity.
- Basic knowledge of various sports and physical education.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel to multiple locations.
- Successful completion of a Level 2 Background Screening.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and independently.
