## Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Soccer Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sports coaching, physical education, or related fields and possess excellent communication skills to work with students of various ages.
## Duties
– Develop and implement engaging soccer training sessions for kids 3 yrs and up
– Teach fundamental soccer skills and techniques
– Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their performance
– Create a positive and inclusive team environment
– Organize and supervise soccer games and tournaments
– Monitor player progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed
## Skills
– Experience leading a team of junior coaches
– Experience managing facility, scheduling and customer service
– Experience in sports coaching, preferably in soccer
– Knowledge of behavior management techniques for working with younger kids
– Ability to educate and motivate players effectively
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Familiarity with physical education principles
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in soccer.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Background in teaching and behavior management.
- Relevant certifications, such as lifeguard training.
- Experience working with youth in various sports, including basketball and martial arts.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
