We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to join our growing team. If you have a love for the game and enjoy developing young athletes, this is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact through coaching, mentorship, and player development.
As part of our continued growth and commitment to excellence, we are excited to announce the upcoming opening of our brand-new, state-of-the-art training facility in Hanover, NJ — the Apex Center. This premier 50,000-square-foot facility will provide coaches and players with an elite environment designed for year-round training, player development, and innovation. The Apex Center represents a major investment in the future of our athletes and staff and will create incredible opportunities for coaches to work within a top-level soccer environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate soccer training sessions
- Instruct players on proper techniques, tactics, and rules of the game
- Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- Manage team dynamics and foster a positive learning environment
- Coordinate and supervise team practices, games, and tournaments
- Provide constructive feedback to players to support their skill development
Skills:
- Experience in sports coaching, particularly in soccer
- Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage behavior during training sessions and games
- Background in physical education or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in childcare or working with youth athletes is beneficial
- Additional experience in athletic instruction or youth development is advantageous
- Lifeguard certification is a bonus for multi-sport or camp-based programming
Positions Available:
We currently have opportunities available for both Part-Time and Full-Time positions.
Requirements:
- Grassroots Coaching License preferred
- Candidates without a license are still encouraged to apply — we can provide support and a pathway to obtain the appropriate coaching education and licensing
