Job Summary
Looking for an enthusiastic, engaging Youth Soccer Coach to deliver professional, fun and engaging soccer sessions to young children between the ages of 4 and 12!
Training, curriculum, uniform, and equipment will be provided. Mileage will also be covered for travel requirements.
Challenger Sports is looking for a motivated individual to join our team of professional soccer coaches. The main requirement is a love of soccer and the ability to follow a detailed curriculum when coaching.
Responsibilities and Duties
- You will mentor and provide support to the organization and coaching staff.
- Be a positive role model and offer clear and continual feedback to players, parents and coaches.
- Be patient and engage children with enthusiasm and good communication.
- Grow a passion and a love for soccer by delivering excellent sessions.
- Act as an ambassador of Challenger Sports.
Qualifications and Skills
- Criminal Background Check or willingness to begin application.
- Must be aware of current first aid procedures.
- It is essential you are personable, with a highly energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
- Playing/coaching experience is preferred.
- You must have valid work authorization.
