Charlotte Soccer Academy (CSA) is currently hiring youth soccer coaches for boys and girls ages 8-19 for the Fall 2026 season. All positions are part time, 1099 contractors and are paid. CSA is looking for highly motivated individuals with soccer playing and/or coaching experience who want to work in a vibrant exciting environment with other soccer minded people.
The club is looking to hire coaches who want to teach the game of soccer to youngsters in a deliberate and organized fashion. The candidates will be expected to follow the CSA yearly curriculum and direction from their respective Director of Coaching.
Coaching and/or playing experience is a necessity for these positions. Licensing is preferred and CSA will also help candidates with licensing opportunities at the Grass Roots level through US Soccer. The club is looking for coaches who are motivated to continue their soccer education and to stay on the “cutting edge” of youth soccer.
Coaches will be expected to be available from August through November and January through May. Candidates will coach either two or three sessions per week with games on the weekends. There will also be some tournament and/or festival play. Compensation is commensurate with experience plus mileage and per diems on game days.

Pay: $450.00 – $750.00 per month
