Youth Soccer Coach Jobs in Foster City, CA at Peninsula Soccer Club
Peninsula Youth Soccer Club is looking for talented soccer coaches to coach in our competitive soccer club located in Foster City, CA. Our club has teams from U7-U19 entry level to N1 (formerly NPL). We also have a need with our Academy Program for 4-7 year olds.
We are looking for responsible, professional, and caring coaches to guide our players and propel teams to the next level of their development while adhering to the mission and values of our club. Looking for good people who work within our network of coaches.
Role:
- On field coaching training sessions 2-3x per week with flexible practice and game scheduling on weekends in Fall and Spring Season. All club trainings and home games take place on our Foster City field locations- Port Royal Park, Edgewater Park, Catamaran Park, and Boothbay between 4-7pm with limited 7-8:30pm training windows on weeknights and flexible schedule during daylight hours on weekends.
- Coaches are asked to professionally fulfill US Soccer’s 6 tasks of a coach to their best ability: coach training sessions, coach games, manage the performance environment, lead the player, lead the team, lead themselves.
- Opportunities to coach additional sessions and clinics at coach request (for additional compensation)
- 4-8 Paid Coach Meetings per year

- License Training Reimbursement with prior approval – 50% upon completion, 50% after one additional year of service
- An additional $250/year of non-license training – 50% upon completion, 50% after one time additional year of service
- Additional training opportunities may be presented or requested with prior approval
