Position: Youth Lacrosse Coach in Shanghai (Full-time, Spring 2026)

What You’ll Do
- Coach lacrosse to kids aged 5–15 in a fast‑paced, fun, and international environment
- Develop coaching techniques, plan and execute engaging practices, and support the operations of the club
- Lead teams to success in leagues, tournaments, and even national championships
- Be part of a thriving sports community and working alongside talented individuals from across the globe
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for lacrosse and a desire to support and develop young athletes
- High school and college level playing experience
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Open‑minded, adventurous spirit – ready to live in Shanghai and immerse yourself in a new culture (written or spoken Mandarin Chinese NOT required)
- A bachelor’s degree (prefer class of 2020, 2021, or 2022)
- Experience in coaching is a plus
