Position: Yoga Instructor — Base Wellness & Mindful Fitness
Ladgov Corporation is seeking a Yoga Instructor to lead yoga sessions at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana. The instructor will guide participants through practices focusing on flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Responsibilities include leading diverse yoga sessions, providing modifications, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Candidates must hold a current certification in Yoga instruction and have CPR certification. Experience teaching yoga is strongly preferred.
Classes are held four times a week during operational hours from Monday to Friday.
