This position requires a minimum 200 RYT Certification and one year of teaching experience, providing classes that cater to diverse skill levels. Your responsibilities include ensuring the facility remains in peak condition while delivering exceptional guest service through clear instructions and mindfulness practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver tailored yoga classes for varied experience levels
• Demonstrate postures ensuring safe execution by guests
• Offer pose modifications to suit individual needs
• Educate guests on breathing techniques and mindfulness
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and sanitation standards
Requirements:
• 200 RYT Certification with CPR and First Aid
• Minimum one year teaching experience
• Proficiency in various yoga styles (Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin)
• Outstanding guest service and communication skills
• Experience with sound baths is a plus
