Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver swimming lessons while ensuring safety
• Foster positive interactions with YMCA community members
• Manage lesson plan evaluations and program designs
• Conduct safety checks to maintain facility standards
• Lead staff training for new hires and volunteers
Requirements:
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR certifications
• National Lifeguard Pool Option certification
• Preferred experience as a Lifeguard or Swim Instructor
• Reliable transportation access is necessary
• Age must be between 15 and 30 years
