Position: Workplace Coach (Neurodiversity Specialist
We are looking for a Workplace Coach to support individuals with neurodiverse conditions and disabilities in developing strategies to improve performance, confidence, and independence s role involves delivering structured coaching sessions, both remotely and face‑to‑face, tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 coaching sessions to clients (primarily neurodiverse individuals)
- Support clients with areas such as:
- Executive functioning
- Organisation and time management
- Focus and attention
- Workplace communication
- Apply structured coaching models (e.g. GROW, bespoke frameworks)
- Maintain accurate session records, action plans, and reports
- Work collaboratively with employers where appropriate (co‑coaching approach)
- Adapt coaching style to suit different learning and communication needs
- Ensure all work aligns with professional coaching standards and data protection requirements
Essential Requirements
- ILM Level 3 in Coaching (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting neurodiverse individuals and/or disabilities in the workplace
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deliver both remote and face‑to‑face coaching
- Organised with good administrative discipline (notes, timesheets, reports)
Desirable
- Experience with Access to Work clients
- Knowledge of assistive technology and workplace adjustments
- Background in coaching, training, or support roles
