As a Wireless Sales Assistant, you’ll represent a trusted brand, meet customers in-person, and help them choose services that fit how they live and work.

Wireless Sales Assistant Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet with customers in-person through scheduled appointments and outreach
- Represent the Verizon FiOS brand by explaining internet, TV, and wireless options
- Deliver clear, personalized presentations that make the brand easy to understand
- Handle questions, objections, and comparisons in real time
- Guide customers through decisions and complete enrollments
- Track activity and stay organized across your pipeline
- Work with other Wireless Sales Assistant team members to maintain strong daily performance
As a Wireless Sales Assistant, you’re the connection between the brand and the customer. You’re not handing off leads – you’re owning the conversation from start to finish.
Each Wireless Sales Assistant is trained to represent the brand consistently, communicate clearly, and turn interest into completed outcomes.
Wireless Sales Assistant Skills & Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar field – this is an entry level role, so no experience is required!
- Confident when overturning objections or handling rejection
- Comfortable working directly with customers in-person
- Interested in developing both personally and professionally
- Able to reliably commute to our onsite Moorestown, NJ office location
- Leadership experience in sports, clubs, work, or other team-oriented activities is a plus
